Vendor Application

General Information

Do you have some amazing and wonderful merchandise that you wanna show off to everycreature? Well, then come at EponaFest and get yourself a vendor table in our Vendor Hall!

The Vendor Hall will not have a dedicated room that can be closed. EponaFest will provide security and sheets to cover your table when time for vending is off, should you not have it.

The Vendor Hall will be video surveilled by EponaFest staff. A Data Processing Policy will be made available at the event, for further information feel free to ask!

Once you submit your application, our team will review the submission. It will take time to go through all applications, so please be patient. If your application is accepted, we will contact you through your email and let you join our discord server for easier communication and coordination!

Some rules and reminder

• It is strictly forbidden the exposition and/or commercialization of offensive, political or pornographic material. The only exception is for nsfw material, that may be exposed and commercialized only in a particular circumstance (an eventual “afterdark”).
• It is forbidden the exposition and/or commercialization of material of any kind produced, totally or partially, by artificial intelligence.
• Watch your stuff! EponaFest volunteers and staff will provide security for the event, but don’t tempt thieves. Never leave your stuff unprotected.
