Volunteers Application

General Information

Are you always ready to help other creatures? Do you wanna take parte in making EponaFest the best convention that can be? Then why not apply for a volunteer position for EponaFest!

As a volunteer you will have free access to the venue for both days, as well as meals covered at the restaurant inside the convention

You must be over 18 years old and have a valid ID recognized by the EU in order to be accepted

Once you submit your application, our team will review the submission. It will take time to go through all applications, so please be patient. If your application is accepted, we will contact you through your email and let you join our discord server for easier communication and coordination!
